Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin (50cl / 45% vol)
Inspired by travels to Southeast Asia, Tarsier takes you on an adventure of journey and discovery through these exotic lands. This citrus-forward gin has aromatic and savoury mid-notes with a long peppery finish that is sure to excite the tastebuds! Signature botanicals include Calamansi, Thai Sweet Basil, Galangal and Kampot Pepper; all inspired by the cuisines of southeast asia to give your G&T a flavourful twist.
Masons English Lavender Gin (50cl / 42% vol)
Born of quality, this multi-award winning gin is particularly perfect for this time of the year. Boasting subtle notes of Juniper with aromatic Lavender undertones, it’s lifted with Lime and Sweet Citrus for a gin that just hits differently. Every batch of Masons has a tasting panel behind it to ensure quality that never wavers.
For the mixers, we have Lixir Indian Classic Tonic; carefully crafted to combine a gentle taste of bitterness from its main ingredient Quinine with a fine blend of Orange, Lemon, and Lime to hit the right zesty pitch of bittersweet. For those craving even more zest in their G&T, try the Double Dutch Double Lemon; a bright, summery tonic that blends Lemon, Lime, and Quassia for a truly thirst-quenching drink.
