I love it when YumeTwins does themed boxes, and this month features Rilakkuma with the Sweet Puma Paradise box!
Apparently Rilakkuma adores pancakes, so sweets are a big part of the theme.
The menu booklet tells you all about the items inside. There is also some fun trivia about the character Rilakkuma as well as kawaii culture in Japan.
This Riulakkuma Sweets Cushion features Rilakkuma and his pals at an amusement park. It’s very cute, great for display or as an extra bit of cosiness on a couch or bed.
A useful little accessory is the Rilakkuma Sweets Mini Towel. It’s actually made from microfibre so it works very well as a cleaning cloth, if you can bear to use something so cute for cleaning, and it is great for cleaning glasses – or sunglasses! – and small enough to keep in the case. The little Rilakkuma Face Coaster is a nice little item to add a bit of kawaii to your home. It’s made from cork so is soft on surfaces and protects them very well from heat or moisture. The Rilakkuma Sweets Pouch is a really terrific little bag. It has a soft velvety outer, a zip closure, and inside are two extra little pockets which makes it perfect for organising small items. It’s a great size for a portable makeup or sponge bag kit.
Finally, there’ s a Rilakkuma Sweets Tote Bag. This is a really excellent bag, made from sturdy canvas with this adorable and slightly retro design on the front. It’s got long handles, and best of all, it actually zips closed! This is an incredibly useful and practical tote bag.
