October means Halloween, and why shouldn’t our cats enjoy it just as much as people? Gus & Bella, the subscription box for cats and their humans, has a selection of goodies to celebrate the spooky season!
Inside the box there’s a menu leaflet. It tells you about the contents of the box, plus details about the creators and the edibles inside.
First, treats for the cats, or rather treats plus meals! There are three items from catit. This brans specialises on gourmet cat food that’s made with real whole ingredients, no grains, preservatives, or gluten. The catit Cream are individual sachets of likeable chicken cream. These can be added to regular meals or kibble, or even fed by hand as a special treat. The catit Cuisine are individually boxed meals, and can be used as a topper or as a meal on their own. These two have pumpkin added, which is both great for cats and a fun seasonal touch!
It’s playtime too, first with a Handmade Pumpkin Catnip Feather Kicker. These types are great fun to bat around, especially with the exciting catnip filling and a feather for extra attention, and the pattern is a special Halloween design. The other toy is really out there – a Smart Sensing Interactive Scary Snack Toy. This is a USB chargeable snake toy that has a sensor that detects movement and moves itself. It also has red flashing eyes and it changes direction when it senses obstacles. This is a next-level play experience for cats, something that moves on its own!
Now it’s time for the people goodies. First a lovely Hocus Pocus Cat Pen Twin Set. Two retractable ballpoint pens with black ink with lovely cat designs, and ideal for people (like me!) who are always losing pens! There is also a bag of Bonds Fizzy Fangs. These yummy chewy jelly sweets are strawberry flavoured and shaped like vampire teeth. The perfect snack for Halloween!
Finally there’s this incredible Festive Halloween Glass! Designed especially for Gus & Bella, this lovely glass reusable tumbler includes a lid with a hole for the glass straw, perfect for Halloween drinks.
