It is time for my review of the new November box from Secret Scent Box; my favourite fragrance subscription box. Each month you’ll receive three 3ml fragrance samples from a variety of brands, including celebrity and designer options. The November box contains perfume samples from Miu Miu, Hollister and Dolce and Gabbana.
Miu Miu L’Eau Bleue
There are two fragrance brands within the November box which I haven’t really tried before, including Miu Miu. The fragrance contains notes of green lily of the valley, honeysuckle and akigalawood. I adore this fragrance as it is sweet, very fresh and floral but it is also unlike any other fragrances I own – love!
Hollister Wave 2 For Her
The second brand I haven’t tried previously is Hollister. The fragrance contains notes of mandarin orange, coconut nectar, peach, water lily, pink freesia, tiare flower, driftwood, white sand and vanilla orchid. This fragrance surprised me as I didn’t think I’d love a fragrance from a clothing brand but it’s lovely and fresh.
Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Love Is Love
Last but not least is another very fresh and light fragrance which contains notes of lemon, apple, red berries, jasmine, raspberry gelato, cedar wood, amber and Chantilly accord. While this fragrance is fresh and sweet (like the previous two fragrances), it is also quite sugary which I like but it might not be for everyone.
