I was also sent a box from Monthly Flavours, a Mediterranean food subscription box which allows you the opportunity to sample different food products each month that you might not otherwise be able to source yourself. The box arrives like a gift box, and each item is individually wrapped in blue tissue paper so this seems very much like a gift subscription. It made opening it up and unwrapping everything very exciting!
The Monthly Flavours team fill their boxes with produce that comes directly from farms, importers and family-run vendors. The 5 or 6 products sent each month are premium and even award winning, plus delicious and healthy too.

Monthly Flavours is a more high end and premium subscription box, and its price reflects this. Each box costs £38 each month, which reflects the quality of the food delivered and the fact that they are sourced from small family run businesses and direct from farms. Personally I am not sure I could justify this much a month myself, but for foodies who like discovering new tastes and products, this would make a fantastic monthly gift.
