Black Fief

Black Fief is a new monthly subscription box for your dog, and each month sees an exciting surprise selection of treats and toys conveniently delivered to your door. It’s like Christmas every month for your dog!

All the products inside are premium quality and have been carefully selected by the Black Fief team and tested out on their own dogs, so you’re guaranteed only high-quality goodies for your own pooch. The selection of products changes every month to keep your pet engaged, and there are poo bags thrown in for good measure in each box which is always very handy!

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and if you place your order before 3pm on a weekday, you’ll receive your first box the following weekday.

Here’s what I found inside this month’s Black Fief box:-

When I opened the box, I was greeted with a cute Christmas Card which I thought was a really nice touch for a December box.

Kong Wild Knots Bear Toy

The first toy that I pulled out is a Kong Wild Knots Bear which is a soft plush bear that features ‘ropes’ where his arms and legs are, to encourage your dog to chew and play.

Toby loves soft toys like these and the extra ropes inside the bear add structure and texture to the body of the toy which he enjoys chewing on. He has a few different toys from Kong and they are always really good quality, especially for larger dogs like Toby, so I’m very happy with this cute bear!

Green & Wilds Eco Dog Toy Rhino

The second toy is from Green & Wilds and this is an interesting eco-friendly dog toy which is shaped like a rhino. It’s made from sustainable Jute and covered in soft suede for a more durable toy.

Toby has been enjoying chewing this a lot since it arrived! The material is definitely strong as he hasn’t managed to rip it apart (yet!) and it’s great to see more dog toys being made from natural, renewable and recyclable materials like this. I’ll definitely be looking more into this company to see what else they have to offer.

Kong Squeakair Ball

The last toy in the box is also from Kong but unfortunately, this hasn’t lasted as long as I’d hoped! Within 10 minutes of Toby having it, he’d already managed to rip it apart and take out the squeaker so I’ve had to take it off him. I think this would be suitable for a smaller dog though!

Whimzees Crocodile Dental Chew

Made from healthy natural ingredients which are easy to digest, this Whimzees Crocodile Dental Chew is not only adorable, but it’s a useful treat for keep your dog’s teeth and gums healthy. It has lots of textured bumps and grooves to remove plaque as your dog chews and the treat is low in fat, grain-free and gluten-free. Toby loves it!

Lily’s Kitchen Rise & Shines Beef Liver Treats

Next up, I found a box of Lily’s Kitchen Rise & Shines Beef Liver Treats which are made with fresh carrots and botanical herbs. These baked treats are 100% natural and are great for their teeth and coat.

Crunchies White Fish with Turmeric Treats

Dried fish treats are a healthy snack to give your dog and Toby loves these Crunchies which are grain-free and made with White Fish with the added benefits of Turmeric.
