Quejadore is a French bi-monthly beauty and lifestyle box whose main demographic are intelligent, young women who are looking for something more from their usual subscription boxes. Each box features a different theme and contains a great variety of products that cover many bases such as skincare, makeup, fashion/accessories, culture and organic/eco-friendly products, so it’s a fantastic treat for yourself!
The Quejadore boxes always feature a lovely illustration on the lids and the boxes themselves are considerably larger than the standard beauty boxes which you can get from Glossybox and Birchbox. Boxes are shipped to the UK via courier and always arrive in perfect condition.
For the July/August box, Quejadore have curated their contents around the theme of ‘Peach Girl’, which I believe refers to summer holidays, so all of the products are very travel-friendly which is great!
Lea Nature Organic Skincare Travel Set (RRP €9.90)
I love trying French skincare and I haven’t come across this organic natural brand before so I’m really looking forward to trying out this little kit! The travel set includes a Dermo-Cleansing Gel, Moisturising Body Milk, Light Moisturising Cream and a Micellar Water, all packaged in a handy flight-friendly pouch.
PuroBio Lip Crayon in 15 Rossetto (RRP €7.90)
For makeup, we have another fantastic organic and natural product from the Italian brand PuroBio. This lip crayon is certified by NaTure and is suitable for vegans to use. I received the shade 15 Rossetto which is a beautiful, everyday nude pink with a hint of shimmer – perfect for Summer!
Merci Handy Refreshing Face Mist in Flower Power (RRP €4.50)
Next up, I pulled out this super cute Refreshing Face Mist from the French brand, Merci Handy, whose products I have discovered in a couple of beauty boxes before. This one’s a newbie for me though and it’s in the scent, Flower Power, which is a lovely floral toner. The mist is very fine, so it’s perfect for keeping in your handbag and using on the go when you want to freshen up.
M.A Stone Silver Ring (RRP €30)
For the fashion and accessories category, Quejadore have included a beautiful sterling silver ring from M.A Stone. I absolutely love the simple, yet contemporary design of this, and it’s fully adjustable too. It’s one of those jewellery pieces that will go with any outfit, so it’s a gorgeous addition to my accessories collection. Love it!
GOSH CD (RRP €8)
For culture, there is a two-track CD from the French artist GOSH. One of his videos on Youtube has over a million hits so he seems to be a popular guy over there! You can have a listen to his music here to see if you like it!
Les Tendances d’Emma – Pack of 3 Reusable Face Cloths (€3 each)
The last product from Quejadore was a pack of 3 reusable face cloths from a French company called Les Tendances d’Emma. Each one of these cloths are made from a different type of material, but they are all super soft and feel amazing on the skin! You can use them in your cleansing routine or to remove makeup with, and when you’re finished with them, simply pop them in the washing machine. These are a really fantastic and eco-friendly way to reduce the amount of disposable cotton wool pads that you use and my skin loves them!
