Nomakenolife contains 8 – 9 items of cosmetic, hair, and skincare products from both Japan and Korea, two places which are very serious about their beauty products.
They have one-, three-, six-, and 12-month subscriptions costing from $35 (around £27) for one month (longer subscriptions are cheaper). Shipping is free.
Nomakenolife is celebrating the new year with a selection of the best-loved beauty products from Japan and Korea.
@Cosme is Japan’s largest cosmetics and beauty website, so their seal of approval means a lot in Japan!
There’s a full menu list of all the items, including details of the different variations you might get. Most nomakenolife products come in several options, so it’s very useful to know which one you have. There are also instructions for using them, as well as competitions, tips and tricks.
Mediheal Essential Mask. This mask has come top in surveys for two years running. It comes in a variety of specialties, including collagen and Teatree. I’ve got the V Life version, which apparently lifts the V Line, the V shaped shape of the face so popular in Asia.
Mise En Sccene Extreme Damage Repair Hair Mask. This is a two-step mask that actually includes detailed instructions in the menu booklet. It contains a special cap to maximise the effect of the serum, and is lovely for dry winter hair.
BT21 Hair Clips. These cute little clips are all about the K-Pop style, great for adding a fun little touch of kawaii to your style!
Innisfree Matte Mineral Setting Powder. It’s apparently a product that almost every Korean woman has in her bag, and pretty much every review I’ve found of this is amazing. It’s a superfine mineral powder used controlling oil and shiny skin and can be used either over foundation or on bare skin & concealer. It’s incredibly light and lasts all day, and despite the light colour of the powder it just disappears on the skin leaving a beautiful matte finish.
UR Glam Lip Oil. Another hugely popular product, this oil is something of a cross between lip gloss and lip balm; it moisturises and softens while adding a nice shine. It’s also fantastic in the winter when lips need a bit of extra TLC,
Fancy Moisture Bomb Hand Cream. This is another product that is fantastic for winter as well as being a great all-rounder. It comes in a variety of fruity scents, but they all contain aloe and shea butter for maximum mosturising effect.
UR Glam Eyeshadow Palette. This is another top vote from the users of @cosme! One of three possible varieties in either brown (above), beige, or red tones, each has nine shades in a mixture of matte and glitter colours making it an incredibly versatile selection.
Microfibre Hair Drying Glove. As a twist on the usual head towel, this glove soaks up plenty of water as you dry your hair, which means it takes less time and less heat on your hair.
