When it comes to geeky subscription boxes, there are two that stand out above the rest and those have to include WootBox and of course, My Geek Box! My Geek Box is a UK based subscription box which features a wide range of geeky goodies. The September box includes a selection of items from DC Comics, Star Wars and Wonder Woman.
DC Comics Backpack
The first item is very impressive and something I didn’t think I’d received in a subscription box – an amazing full sized backpack. The backpack is amazing quality, it’s a great size and it has a range of colourful, retro patches on it. The characters include Batman (my favourite of them all), the Joker, Superman, The Flash and more. I adore the very retro design of the backpack and I’m surprisingly happy with it! Even with just this first item, the box seems to have paid for itself!
Wonder Woman Mug
Next up is another DC Comics character, Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman is a popular cult classic character but I haven’t read or watched anything featuring Wonder Woman (that needs to change). I love the design of this licensed mug and it is huge too! The mug would make an amazing gift and it’s another high quality item in this months box.
Star Wars Sticky Notes
Every single item in this box is amazing, high quality and so useful but my favourite item has to be these amazing Star Wars sticky notes set. I have watched some of the more recent Star Wars films and liked them so I’m glad to have this set especially as the design is so unique. The design of the page marker are my favourites within the set but they are all so cute.
Alien T-Shirt
Last but not least is this month t-shirt which features an almost Men In Black style design which an alien strapped into a machine (does anyone else think of Men In Black with this design?). I have the ladies medium and it fits really well, it probably equates to a UK 10 or so. The quality is great, it isn’t made of a thin or cheap feeling fabric and I’ll definitely wear this t-shirt around the house.
