Graze – October 2018

If you enjoy trying out healthy snacks, you can’t go wrong with a subscription to Graze! With lots of ways to customise your subscription to suit your needs and budget (such as frequency of delivery and specified delivery days, options to have your box sent to your work address and a like/dislike list for ingredients to name just a few), Graze is a brilliant way to keep your healthy snacking goals on track.

Based on your personal profile and customisations, each Graze box that you receive will feature a selection of four different snacks that come in handy individual portioned punnets (these are a ‘surprise’ so make sure that you properly fill out your profile to ensure that you’ll get snacks that you like/are interested in trying).

Here’s what I found inside my Graze box this month:-

Mini Protein Balls in Coconut & Cashew

Graze are always coming up with new snack ideas which helps to keep your subscription interesting, and one of the latest snacks from the Graze Labs are these delicious Mini Protein Balls that feature Dates, Cashews, Peanut Butter and a sprinkling of desiccated Coconut. Each punnet serving provides a source of fibre and 6g of plant-based protein. They are very tasty!

The Graze Brownie 

Graze also have a whole range of mini cakes available and I was pleased to see this scrumptious Brownie in my box this month. The whole portion comes in at under 150 calories, yet it tastes sweet, chocolatey and like a real treat! I would definitely be happy to have this again in a future box!

Smokin’ Protein Kick

This next snack mix named Smokin’ Protein Kick is another newbie from Graze and features Chilli & Lemon Broad Beans, Hickory Smoked Almonds, Raw Almonds and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds. The balance of all the ingredients is spot on and I enjoyed the savoury, smokey flavour. Each punnet packs in 8g of plant-based protein too.

White Chocolate with Wild Blueberry Toasts

For something very sweet and indulgent, my last snack was this moreish creation which features a super-sweet White Chocolate dip on one side, and a portion of crunchy Wild Blueberry Toasts on the other to dunk them in. Although it tasted very indulgent, the whole snack still came in at under 150 calories – how awesome is that?! Thanks Graze!
