I Love Gin is one of my favourite subscription boxes and if you also love trying out and discovering different flavours and brands of gin, you’ll want to subscribe ASAP! Each box contains enough for you to make four G&Ts, thanks to a selection of two mini bottles of gin which are presented with artisan tonics/mixers.
This month’s I Love Gin is themed The Blue Box and below is everything that’s inside:-
Greenall’s Blueberry Gin (50ml, 37.5%)
Handcrafted by Britain’s oldest distilleries, Greenall’s gin recipe was created back in 1761. This original secret recipe has remained unchanged through seven generations and here it is infused with real fresh Blueberries to give it a summery and fruity twist! With zero added sugar, it has a natural tart and sweetness to it, as well as classic citrus flavours and a floral top note. I really like it!
Chilgrove Bluewater Gin (50ml, 46%)
Made in the sleepy Sussex hamlet of Chilgrove, surrounded by natural woodland, Chilgrove Gin is handcrafted using traditional methods. It’s distilled with natural mineral water which is filtered through the chalky South Downs and married together with the finest Sussex grown botanicals. This Bluewater variety features a mix of English and Australian botanicals to represent the two countries rich trade history throughout maritime and features Finger Lime, Lemon Myrtle and Riberry for an unusual take on tradition.
Schweppes 1783 Crisp and Light Tonic Waters
Taking its numerical name from the same year that Schweppes was founded, these two tonics represent a wider range of tonic waters and mixers from the brand. The Crisp Tonic Water is a classic for any G&T, whilst the Light version offers the same classic style but without the calories.
There’s also an extra freebie in this month’s box – a mini Bottle Green Cordial in Elderflower to add a splash of Summer to your G&Ts!
