Gin Of The Month: Copperfield London Dry Gin – A Christmas Carol Edition (70cl / 42% vol)
It doesn’t get more Christmassy than with an extra special Christmas Carol edition gin from Copperfield London Dry Gin! Inspired by the Dickensian classic, this limited edition has been made exclusively for Craft Gin Club members by The Surrey Copper Distillery here in the UK.
This unique and unusual gin is rich with wintery herbs and spices for the perfect festive tipple and features botanicals such as Juniper, Orris Root, Angelica, Liquorice, Coriander, Cloves, Star Anise, Lemon Peel, Cinnamon, Sage, Rosemary, Woodwood and Orange. Incredible!
Mixers & Drinks: Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz and Anna De Codorníu Brut Cava
Next up, I found two additional drinks that you can either enjoy or use as mixers (there are cocktail recipes in the fantastic GINNED! magazine). Mixers: Merchant’s Heart Premium Tonic Waters
I was pleased to discover four additional mixers from Merchant’s Heart and here we have a range of different ones to try out; Light Tonic Water, Hibiscus, Floral Aromatics Tonic Water and Pink Peppercorn Tonic Water. A great way to discover your new favourite G&T combo!
Additional Garnishes: Cratchit’s Christmas Cocktail Syrup and Cranberries & Orange Slices
To ensure that your festive drinks never run out between now and New Year’s there’s also a bottle of Cratchit’s Christmas Cocktail Syrup (which can be used for the Cocktail Of The Month recipe) and a packet of dried Orange Slices & Cranberries to keep those festive vibes flowing.
