The Gootea Box is a monthly selection of artisan loose-leaf tea and biscuits which come from Greenecobox. The concept behind the box is to allow you to create some time to spend with your friends and family so you can use the tea and biscuits as an excuse to have a relaxing catch-up which I think is a brilliant idea!
Greenecobox also donates to two different campaigns/charities on your behalf with the purchase of each box. This month’s chosen projects are OneTreePlanted (one tree will be planted for you in Uganda) and you’ll receive a certificate of proof in your box, and €1 will be donated to Awely who fund important conservation work for endangered tigers in Africa and Asia.
This is what I found inside February’s Gootea Box:-
Organic Sweet Dreams Darling Infusion
February’s speciality organic tea blend is called Sweet Dreams Darling Infusion and it smells as good as it tastes! This unique mix of organic Lemongrass, Hemp, Strawberry Leaves, Almond pieces, Moringa, Chamomile flowers, Basil and Blueberry flowers is absolutely delicious and the perfect tea to make before going to bed as it’s very relaxing and helps you to sleep. It’s very fruity and is ready in just 2-3 minutes.
The French artisan biscuits this time around are called Canistrelli Chocolate Chip (cookies of Corsican origin with the sweet crunch of shortbread, complete with moreish chocolate chips), and Langues de Chat (light and buttery, very crisp and thin cookies). Both are handmade and have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
There are also two yummy fairtrade Cacao Truffles to enjoy as well!
