I love receiving the Anonymous Jewellery boxes each month as they are a nice surprise and usually take me out of my jewellery/accessories comfort zone. As always I like the packaging and how the items are presented each month. If you didn’t know, Anonymous Jewellery is a monthly jewellery subscription box starting at £10.90 per month with free worldwide shipping which is amazing!
Within the April box I received two items, a gorgeous necklaces and a pair of small hopped earring, both of which are gold so they’re ideal for the upcoming spring and summer months. First up, the necklace which features a unique large star design with faux clear gemstones within the rays and a black stone in the centre. It’s quite light weight so it’s comfortable and easy to wear. I like the design as it’s unique and great to pair with a casual summery outfit!
The second and final item is a pair of cute gold earrings with a twisted hooped design. I haven’t worn hopped earrings since the late 1990’s when they were everywhere along with blue eyeshadow, hair mascara and puffy gilets…it was not the best time in history for fashion or makeup. However, I love the look of these cute earrings and thankfully they aren’t too big as I distinctly remember large hoop earrings being a bit of a safety risk in the 90’s! Another hazard of hooped earrings from the 90’s was the weight, they were so heavy which made them very uncomfortable but this pair is lightweight and fairly comfortable. They’re perfect for the upcoming spring and summer month and as with the necklace they’d be perfect when paired with a floaty summery dress.
