The next letter from Banjo Robinson the traveling cat has arrived!
This time he’s not in a country, he’s in a submarine, crewed by rabbits, in the middle of the Indian Ocean!
As always there are some fun little tidbits of information in the long chatty letter, as well as some nice prompts for inspiration for the child’s reply.
One especially nice addition is that you can add your own personal PS to each letter. Parents will receive an email, which will enable you to write a a couple of lines that will be added to the letter, which is a particularly nice touch, as it makes the experience even more personal for the child.
Along with the letter in it’s fun decorated envelope is a lovely drawing sheet. They pictures are references to things in the letter, and are really charming line drawings.
As part of the idea for this is for the child to write back, it’s made very easy by including a special sheet of writing paper. There are instructions to leave the envelope under the sofa, so parents can sneak it away and keep the letter as a lovely souvenir. Just don’t let the kids know you’ve done that!
You also get a sheet of personalized stickers, some that act as stamps for the reply letter, and some just for fun. There’s also a location sticker and a paw sticker that is added to the wall map received with the very first letter.
