The November box from the team at Boxcitement dropped through my letterbox when I had just about survived a horrendous week, so it was a lovely thing to open on a Friday evening. The theme for this box was ‘Inner Peace’ – making staying home a little bit easier.
What was in the box?
- Leather wrap bracelet with silver charm
- Mindfulness colouring book and set of pencils
- Handy felt pouch
- Pair of trainer socks
- Set of emery boards and bookmark
- Wooden bag tag keyring
The highlights
I absolutely adore this bracelet. I have quite chunky wrists so its always lovely to find something with variable lengths like this. Its fits perfectly and looks fantastic. The charm has the words ‘follow your dreams’ printed in Swedish. I’ve had so many compliments when I’ve worn it.
I also adore these socks! Such a lovely pattern and range of colours; festive but not overly so. I popped these on the morning after the box arrived and they are really comfy.
This pouch is great quality and a perfect size too. I have been using mine to store my masks inside when they are in my bag; but you could use this as a clutch bag or to store tissues or lipstick. Cosy pouch is the perfect description for it!
I love this bag tag as well – the fact it comes from sustainable birch wood is a great plus point too. Mine is already in use, as is the mindfulness colouring book and pencils which have been keeping me occupied when I need to be near my desk but not looking at a screen. The characters are brilliantly drawn and the pencils are great quality too.
Last but not least is this set of emery boards and bookmark. I’ve been trying to read more in 2020 and have to admit that I’ve failed abysmally but I have put this bookmark to good use. I am also rubbish at looking after my nails so don’t tend to have a lot of nail stuff lying around. These emery boards are fab as they are small so I have one in my bag and one by the bed. I am fully prepared for any nail emergencies!
