Happy Birthday! Boxcitement is one! That’s right, the monthly subscription box which gives you stationery, jewellery, lifestyle and lots of fun and lovely surprise bits and pieces every month is in a party mood.
Inisde this celebration box is the usual selection of products which are all pretty, functional or a combination of the two.
First up is something which is really useful, a sugar skull nail file. I always tend to lose nail files but that won’t be a problem with this beauty, as it’s big enough that it won’t slip into the recesses of my handbag and it’s so pretty I want to keep it out on show.
Next up is this fab tea towel which features an exclusive geometric print. I love the hot pink colour and the design and the tea towel itself is thick and a really good quality.
The stationery element in this month’s box is this set of four notelet cards. Each has its own separate design and comes with a brown kraft envelope. The cards in Boxcitement boxes are always of a really high quality and they’re great to add to your stash for an emergency or just because.
Also in the stationery theme is a piece of double-sided patterned paper which is perfect for scrapbooking or using in a whole number of craft projects. It’s A4 in size and the colours are really vibrant. I especially like the bird pattern which also features on one of the notecards.
There’s also some colorful ribbon for crafting.
One thing I really liked in the birthday box is a bookmark which is printed with a different design on both sides and has a ribbon to help save your page. It’s made on a nice, thick card and I’m a big fan of the “Read now, Clean later” motto!
There’s a set of three kitchen canister storage labels, one for tea, coffee and sugar, which are a nice design and come sealed in their own pack.
Over to jewellery, and there’s a cupcake charm on a neon pink cord which is a nod to the birthday celebrations and also a purple bead bracelet which comes in its own mini floral drawstring bag.
All in all there is a wide variety of items in the box and if you don’t like any of them or if they aren’t your style they would make great little gifts.
It will be interesting to see what the next year brings for Boxcitement!
