Here’s what’s inside this month’s Craft Gin Club:-
GWYR Rhamanta London Dry Gin (7ocl/43% ABV)
Distilled exclusively for Craft Gin Club members, February’s specially chosen bottle has been handcrafted by the lovely Welsh folk over at GWYR Rhamanta. Not only is this an eye-catching bottle to display in your drinks cabinet, but it’s also a spectacular London Dry Gin which comes all the way from the Gower Penisula in Wales.
Taste-wise, this gin is wonderfully smooth and elegant, baring all the hallmarks of a classic London Dry Gin with a romantic twist. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris Root, Fresh Pink Grapefruit Zest, Lemon Zest, Foraged Wild Fennel, Pomegranate seeds and Red Rose Petals. It’s the fruity notes mixed with the floral that gives so much extra flavour, making it the perfect gin to celebrate Valentine’s Day with!
Mixers & Drinks: The Artisan Drinks Co Pink Citrus Tonic and London Tonic, plus Lovely Elderflower & Rose Presse
There are four bottles of mixers and drinks to enjoy with your Welsh gin this month, including two bottles of The Artisan Drinks Co Pink Citrus Tonic (the ideal match to balance those floral and fruity flavours), a bottle of The Artisan Drinks Co Classic London Tonic for when you fancy a straight-up G&T, and lastly, a bottle of Lovely Elderflower & Rose Presse which you can to use make the Cocktail Of The Month, as featured in the accompanying GINNED! magazine.
Additional Garnishes: Rosebud & Lemon and Love Potion Cocktail Syrup
Both of these have been created by the Craft Gin Club and are tasty ways to add even more flavour to your drinks this month. The Love Potion Cocktail Syrup is featured in the Cocktail Of The Month recipe, and there are further creative ways that you can use the Rosebud & Lemond garnishes throughout the magazine.
