Gin Of The Month: Romeo’s Gin (70cl / 46% ABV)
This month’s gin is an ultra-exclusive speciality because Craft Gin Club has imported four limited-edition bottle designs, featuring the work of Montreal artists, which are not available to purchase in the UK. How awesome is that?! The bottle features an abstract modern piece of art that will make it stand out from the rest of your revered gin collection.
Distilled in Montreal, Quebec in Canada, Romeo’s Gin boasts a sublime range of botanicals such as Juniper, Cucumber, Dill, Lavender, Almond and Lemon, to help mark the occasion of the first day of Spring. Juniper is the dominant force which plays well with the fresh flavours of Cucumber, Lemon and Dill. Almond is added to smooth and round the final flavour on the palate, whilst a hint of Lavender adds a Spring floral freshness and evokes memories of fields of flowers in bloom. A beautiful and truly unique gin to enjoy for the upcoming Summer months!
Mixers: The Artisan Drinks Company Violet Blossom Tonics
For the perfect serve, these two premium tonics from The Artisan Drinks Company will add an even more delicious and stylish flair to your G&T. They have a subtle hint of Violet, fragrant herbs and fresh citrus which works incredibly well with the Lavender notes in the Romeo’s Gin. I love the packaging on the bottles too.

We tried it over the bank holiday weekend and my sister and I loved it!

The extras this month include something savoury and something sweet. For savoury, there’s a bag of hand-cooked Savoursmiths Parmesan & Port Crisps which are so moreish and luxurious, and for sweet, a delicious bag of Copperpot Maple Syrup & Sea Salt Fudge that did not last long in my house at all!
