I love receiving all forms of subscription boxes but some of the most rewarding have to be crafting and DIY boxes such as the Craftiosity boxes. I’ve been lucky enough to review quite a few over the past couple of years and my favourite previous boxes have to be the bath bomb and candle kits!
The latest kit is ideal for this time of the year as it is very festive! The kit is to make linocut print Christmas cards. I have made greetings cards before but never using tools like this so I was excited to give it a go, especially as the kits made by Craftiosity look so cute – their end products always look amazing.
As always the kits come with almost everything you need to make the project, apart from a few simple items that you’ll probably have at home already such as a pencil, paper, scissors, for example. The kits are always well presented so I think they’d make a lovely christmas gift this year, especially if you know anyone who loves crafts or wants get into crafting.
The kit comes with numerous cards and envelopes so you can make quite a few christmas cards to share, which I love. I like the simple design of this kit and the card design they’ve chosen. It was a lovely project to make, although cutting out the design into the Lino with the blade was far more difficult than I thought it would be! Even though my cards aren’t nearly as lovely as theirs, I’m happy with the result.
