To round off the year, Degustabox has a special exclusive box for December which has been created in partnership with Sainsbury’s. All of the brands and products included are available to purchase from the popular retailer and this box features some of their most exciting and newest additions to the store!
Without further ado, here’s a rundown of everything that you’ll find inside this month’s Degustabox:-
Odysea Aubergine Meze (RRP £2.15)
A premium dip that doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge, this new cupboard essential is perfect for your Christmas spread. Based on a traditional Greek recipe, this rich and smoky dip is made with natural ingredients with no nasties. Use it as a dip or spread with toast, savoury biscuits, veggies and more.
Leon Aioli Garlic (RRP £2.50)
This yummy vegan garlic mayo has been at the heart of Leon’s restaurant menus since 2004 and is now available for consumers to buy from Sainsbury’s. Made with aquafaba instead of eggs, it’s full of flavour!
Brave Roasted Chickpeas in Sweet Chilli (RRP £1)
At just 134 calories per pack, these tasty roasted chickpeas are seasoned with natural flavours and pack in 7g of plant-based protein and 5g of fibre per serving. A healthy savoury alternative that’s also vegan-friendly.
Dash Water in Peach (RRP £1.25)
Dash is at the forefront of a new wave of healthy drinks. They infuse real wonky fruit that would be thrown away and create delicious calorie-free drinks by blending them into British sparkling water. No sugar or sweeteners are in this refreshing drink.
The Curators Cocoa Caramel Peanuts (RRP £1.20)
Those who prefer to buy plastic-free will love these Cocoa Caramel Peanuts which come packaged in fully recyclable paper! Lightly caramelised with a pinch of salt, these healthy peanuts are a delicious snack.
Clwb Tropica Tropical IPA (RRP £2)
The UK’s number one Tropical IPA, this refreshing drink from Clwb Tropica is 5.5% ABV and has fruity flavours of Pineapple, Mango, Passionfruit and Peach for a different twist.
Pipers Crisps in Lye Cross Cheddar & Onion and Atlas Mountains Wild Thyme & Rosemary (RRP £1.20 per bag)
I’m a big fan of Pipers Crisps and really enjoyed both of these bags. The crisps are super crunchy and full of flavour!
Good Earth Tea in Ginger, Turmeric & Lemon (RRP £2.75)
With a healthy blend of Ginger, Turmeric & Lemon, these biodegradable teas from Good Earth are good for you and the planet. I loved the fresh and uplifting experience that comes from drinking these teas and will definitely be purchasing them again.
Peter’s Yard West Country Sour Cream & Chive Sourdough Bites (RRP £2)
Slowly fermented using their signature sourdough starter that’s slowly fermented for 16 hours, these Sourdough Bites are crispy and crunchy with a strong Sour Cream & Chive flavour using locally sourced ingredients.
Nexba Pineapple Drink (RRP £1.25)
100% vegan and with no sugar or artificial sweeteners, this all-natural Pineapple Sparkling Infusion soft drink is blended with Stevia for a sweet and natural taste that’s also refreshing. Great on its own or a cocktail mixer!
Capsicana Mexican Tomato & Chipotle Tinga Cooking Paste (RRP £1.30)
Made with Tomato and Chiptole Chillies, Capsicana’s Cooking Paste is easy to use and helps to bring a little Mexican spice into your kitchen. Simple add to shredded meat (or meat alternative) and serve with your favourite sides.
Tony’s Chocolonely (RRP £1.35)
Finding truly ethical chocolate in a supermarket can be difficult but Sainsbury’s now stock Tony’s Chocolonely which is a brand on a mission to make all chocolate 100% slave free. Check out their website to learn more and enjoy their rich and smooth chocolate which is blended with Caramel and a pinch fo Sea Salt – it’s amazing!
