Degustabox is a popular food and drinks subscription box. Delivered to your door every month, it’s a fun way to try out some new and exciting products, as well as rediscovering some fantastic household brand names. It’s also excellent value for money!
This month’s Degustabox is themed Breakfast & On The Go. Here’s what’s inside:-
Trek Power Millionaire Shortbread (RRP £1.75)
New from Trek is their plant-based adaptation of a delicious millionaire shortbread bar. Each bar is covered in natural chocolate with no artificial sweeteners, and it’s also gluten-free and vegan. With 15g of protein per bar, this is a great start to the day!
Whitworths Shots Fruity Biscuits (RRP £1.60)
A tasty mix of dried fruits (sultanas and cranberries) with pieces of white chocolate coated shortcake – yum! Each individual packet is also only 93 calories for a healthy, guilt-free snack.
Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter (RRP £1.50)
In your Degustabox this month, you’ll receive one of these tasty Sun-Pat Peanut Butters in either the Smooth or Crunchy variety. I received the latter which makes a nice change and it contains 96% peanuts.
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard Mayo (RRP £2.50)
Mustard and mayo are two of my favourite condiments so I was thrilled to find this new vegan option from Grey Poupon which combines the two – a true match made in heaven!
Mister Free’d Avocado Tortilla Chips (RRP £1.59)
This pack of Mister Free’d Avocado Tortilla Chips are gluten-free and high in fibre. They’re gently dusted with a little spice and go great dipped into houmous or guacamole.
Gregory’s Tree Organic Strawberry Fruit Twists (RRP £0.89 each)
Next up, I found two packs of Gregory’s Tree Organic Strawberry Fruit Twists. Made with just 100% natural ingredients, they’re gluten-free, vegan and only 60 calories per pack.
Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles (RRP £1.29)
Rowntree’s have now made their classic Fruit Pastilles sweets vegan-friendly with a new recipe so that more people can enjoy them – what a great idea!
NAT Bears (RRP £2.90)
How cute are these NAT Bears?! These bear-shapes are made from wholegrain oats and have no artificial colours or flavours. There are two varieties and you’ll find one of these in your Degustabox to enjoy; Honey or Chocolate. Naturally, I was very happy to see the Chocolate version in my box!
St Pierre Brioche Waffle and Millionaire’s Waffle (RRP £1 each)
Next, I found two products from St Pierre. A delicious Brioche Waffle which is lovely and soft, and a Millionaire’s Waffle that’s coated in Belgian Chocolate and contains a gooey caramel layer. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.
Mallow Puffs Salted Caramel Mallow Bar (RRP £1.59)
This innovative vegan-friendly Salted Caramel Mallow Bar really hits the spot if you have a sweet tooth! Coated in dark Belgian chocolate, it contains only natural flavours and colours.
Barley Cup (RRP £2.50)
Made from cereal grains and chicory roots, this naturally caffeine-free drink is a comforting winter warmer that you can enjoy at any time of the day or night. It has a rich coffee-style flavour but without any of the jitters!
Lizi’s Boost and Focus Super Museli (RRP £0.75-£3.50)
For a healthy start to the day, you can’t go wrong with Lizi’s Super Museli which includes superfood ingredients and added Vitamins. They’re also vegan-friendly and high in fibre. I received a large pack of the Boost Museli which has Mango, Papaya and Tumeric in it, and a small pack of the Focus Museli that contains Hazelnut, Pecan and Maca.
Baker Street Rye & Wheat Bread (RRP £1.69)
Finally, there’s a loaf of Baker Street Rye & Wheat Bread which gives you the best of both worlds when it comes to choosing a low fat, high fibre bread.
