This month’s theme is called Hello Spring, so let’s check out what’s inside, shall we?
Esprala Apple & Red Plum Drink (RRP £1.09)
I really enjoyed this Esprala Apple & Red Plum Drink which is a lightly sparkling fruit drink that also contains Guarana and Green Tea. It’s lovely and refreshing!
Mallow & Marsh Vanilla Marshmallow Bar (RRP £1.35)
If you have a sweet tooth but still want a lighter option, this Mallow & Marsh Vanilla Marshmallow Bar ticks all the right boxes. Deliciously smooth and sweet with no artificial flavourings or colourings, each bar is only 134 calories. I’ll definitely be buying more of these.
Maynard’s Fruit Smoothie Jellies (RRP £1.32)
Made with real fruit juice, these Fruit Smoothie Jellies contain Vitamins C & E and have a mix of flavours such as Banana & Strawberry, Mango & Passionfruit and my personal favourites, Pomegranate & Berry.
PITCH Bloc O Choc
New from PITCH are Bloc O Choc which is basically brioche rolls with a solid bar of milk chocolate inside. These rolls are nice and soft and come individually wrapped for car trips and lunchboxes.
Enervit Protein Bar (RRP £2.50)
I’m not the biggest fan of protein bars but I tried this and was surprised as it’s low sugar and gluten-free so it doesn’t taste as sickly sweet as some other bars are. Each serving is also 20g of protein!
Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Crunchy (RRP £2.50)
This month’s featured product is the ultra-delicious Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Crunchy. I love peanut butter anyhow, but this is so so good! Great on toast or straight from the jar – I won’t judge if you don’t!
Brynmor Flapjacks in Caramel Fudge (RRP £2)
Next up, I found a box of Brynmor Flapjacks and was pleased to see I’d been sent the Caramel Fudge flavour as these are absolutely moreish. They have an almost home-baked taste about them and are suitable for vegetarians.
Organic Cheerios (RRP £3)]
A new breakfast option for the UK, these Organic Cheerios are made from five different organic whole grains so they’re high in fibre, but they still have an indulgent sweetness thanks to chocolate cereal pieces and a little organic honey.
Lucozade Zero Tropical (RRP £1.49)
I’m not a fan of energy drinks so I passed this to my housemate who said he liked the tropical flavour which is a mix of Pineapple and Mango with zero sugar.
Hippeas Chickpea Snacks (£0.99)
I love Hippeas! I often buy these when I want a healthier savoury snack option as they’re only 91 calories, gluten-free and have no artificial ingredients. Lovely and crunchy and the Salt & Vinegar flavour is bang on!
Flippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (RRP £1.29)
This mini condiment duo is a great way to try out the bestselling Flippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil – perfect for cooking with and drizzling over salads and roasted veggies. I also liked the Balsamic Vinegar which has a tasty tang to it.
Mug Shot Chicken & Mushroom (RRP £1.49)
For a quick and easy lunch, you can’t beat a Mug Shot which is ready in just 5 minutes. This Chicken & Mushroom noodle pot is made with natural flavours and is suitable for vegetarians. It has a subtle creamy texture and would be ideal to eat when you’re short on time.
Smarties Orange Chocolate Sharing Block (RRP £1)
The last product is the new Smarties Orange Chocolate Sharing Block which is studded with mini Smarties pieces – it’s addictive! The packaging has also been updated so that it’s now made from paper so you can easily recycle it – hooray!
