Whitworths Protein By Nature Mexican Spicy Grains (RRP £2)
100% vegan and packing in a whopping 20g of plant-based protein, this pack of Whitworths Mexican Spicy Grains is a quick and easy healthy addition to any lunch or dinner meal. Ready in just 2 minutes, there are no added flavourings or preservatives and it tastes delicious with a nice spicy kick!
Pip Organic Sparkling Lemon (RRP £1.50)
Like a healthier lemonade, Pip’s Organic Sparkling Lemon is made with pure organic juice and sparkling water, with no added sugars or sweeteners. It’s only 75 calories per can and counts towards 1 of your 5 a day.

Telstar Caramelised Cookie Stars and Mini Chocolate Cookie Stars and Not Too Naughty Caramelised Cookie Stars (RRP £0.50 per bag)
Looking for a snack that’s low in calories but still hits the spot? These Telstar Caramelised Cookie Stars are made with 30% less sugar and no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or colours. They’re sweet and crunchy, so go well with a cup or tea or coffee for an afternoon treat.
Knorr Rosemary & Onion Seasoning (RRP £1.80)
A newbie from Knorr, this Rosemary & Onion Seasoning is very versatile and can be used to add flavour to a variety of dishes including roasted veggies. Best of all, there’s no added salt!
Nairn’s Spicy Oatcakes (RRP £1.50)
A new release from Nairn’s, their Spicy Oatcakes come in a Cheese & Smoky Chipotle flavour and you can top these with anything you like – guacamole works very well. High in fibre thanks to the base of wholegrain oats, they’re vegetarian friendly with a satisfying crunchy texture.

Echo Falls Strawberry Rosé Seltzer (RRP £1.80)
