Summer may not be the obvious time to be writing about a hot chocolate subscription box, but if you’re a diehard chocoholic like me, you won’t want to say no to one of these arriving at your door! This unique subscription service is brought to you by an independent British company called Cocoa Delicious, who sell a whole range of high quality, handmade chocolate treats including everything from signature bars, boxed chocolates and chocolate lollipops, right through to beautiful gift hampers and of course, their amazing hot chocolate stirrers which I’m going to talk more about below.
When you sign up to their monthly subscription box called Dunk, Stir, Enjoy, you’ll receive a surprise selection of Cocoa Delicious’ Signature Hot Chocolate Stirrers, with each box containing a minimum of five of them. 
Everything is packaged in a sturdy white cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap to protect the Hot Chocolate Stirrers, all of which are individually packaged. Having tried out Hot Chocolate Stirrers from other brands before, I was pleasantly surprised by how generously sized these ones were – much bigger than stirrers I’ve tried from supermarkets or places like Whittards!
Inside the box, I found five Hot Chocolate Stirrers, each one a different tempting flavour and I loved how pretty they looked. You can tell a lot of time and love has gone into making these.
The flavours I received were:-
Praline & Irish Cream
Oh my! If there had to be a flavour combination in chocolate that I like as much as Salted Caramel, it’s probably anything praline and anything boozy, and I can tell you that this one did not disappoint! The Hot Chocolate Stirrer base was really great quality chocolate, and it was embedded with a whole praline chocolate and a vial of delicious Irish Cream that tasted like Baileys. If that didn’t sound decadent enough, there were also some marshmallows for a full on luxury hot chocolate treat. So amazing and my favourite from the box!
Strawberry
For something different and more summery, there was a Strawberry flavoured Hot Chocolate Stirrer which tasted like rich strawberries and cream. Again this was very luxurious and decadent to drink and came with mini marshmallows that gave it even more sweetness as they melted.
Rainbow
Rainbow was a fun looking Hot Chocolate Stirrer with a large and rich chocolate base and studded with chocolate rainbow coloured pieces in a sweet sugary shell. As I was stirring this one, I loved watching those rainbow pieces slowly melt as they left colourful traces in the chocolate until everything was fully combined.
32% Cocoa Milk
How cute is this Hot Chocolate Stirrer with its pretty crown?! This one was made purely of 32% Cocoa Milk chocolate and gave me a lovely and again, truly luxurious, cup of hot chocolate. Very rich and creamy – just absolutely delicious.
Dark Mint
The last Hot Chocolate Stirrer that I tried was Dark Mint which featured a dark chocolate base with an embedded After Eight style chocolate. It took slightly longer to melt than the other stirrers but the extra wait was well worth it. I’ve never had a dark chocolate Hot Chocolate but this was so yummy and that added mint flavour really worked well. I’d definitely have this again!
Above is an action shot to demonstrate how to use the Hot Chocolate Stirrers (I used the 32% Cocoa Milk one for these). Simply pour hot milk into your favourite cup, dunk your chosen Hot Chocolate Stirrer, and stir until everything has melted. Couldn’t be easier and each one made an incredible Hot Chocolate!
