First Wonder Box has been created by the same people who publish First News, a newspaper for children This new box is aimed at kids age 4 – 8. Little C is seven and a half, so is a good age to try this out!
The box comes through the mailbox, and it’s got lots of fun designs on it, not to mention great jokes!
This is a great theme, there’s lots to learn. This is the activity book.
These are only a couple of examples of what’s in the activity book. There is lots of useful and interesting trivia, that doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to slightly gruesome stuff! There’s also some good environmental information, and lots of great puzzles, colouring, and games.
There’s a cool pencil and shark eraser to use when filling out the activity book! Also stickers, and two Fun Fact cards to go in the First Wonder Box Album.
This was a cute little craft.
I did the actual cutting out, as that card is a bit thick for little hands. But it was over to Little C for sticking the beautiful tissue paper.
A nice bit of fun on a Sunday morning!
Also inside the box lid, which you can see in the main picture, is a matching memory card game to cut out and keep.
This cool Balloon Ball toy was also included! It was slightly fiddly to get the valve in to inflate, but we managed it eventually.
Ha! It was a lot of fun to throw around as the movement was very unpredictable.
This is a lovely assortment of things to make and do, with a good amount of things to learn! The activity book is especially impressive. It’s also nice to have a fun toy to play with.
The theme is excellent, and all of the information is in a great format for little ones to take in. Lots of picture and nice clear words. Grownups might even find themselves learning something too!
