Gambettes Box – December 2017

I have loved receiving and reviewing the Gambettes Boxes over the past few months and we are now onto the final box of 2017. All of the boxes have been fantastic but the December box is definitely the best box I’ve received. The Gambettes Boxes are released every month (for £13.90) and you will receive two pairs of tights inspired by Parisian street styles.

All of the previous Gambettes Boxes have been sent within a fashion magazine inspired box but this one arrived in a cardboard box containing a gorgeous forrest green velvet pouch. I hope that this wasn’t a one off and that all of the other tights come in a velvet pouch as it’s a great extra item that can be re-used.

Let’s start with the Folie tights as there are my favourite pair of the two that I received in the December box. They are 60 denier black tights that have small golden accents on them which is perfect for any festive or fun occasion. I adore the golden accents as it makes the tights sparkly and very different to the other tights I own.

I have the size Medium which has been a great fit up until the past month or so because of my weight loss. Now the tights are a little too big for me but they are still great for everyday and they’re comfortable as well.

The second and final pair of tights are the Douce tights which are 20 denier and feature cute checkered dots. I have received a pair of polkadot tights from the Gambettes boxes previously but these are a little more unique. I actually really love how they look, they are very cute and comfortable. I won’t wear them as much as the other tights I’ve received over the past few months but I do love the design.
