Every time I get the monthly GeekGear Harry Potter box delivery I literally can’t wait to see what’s inside! It’s such a treat to receive and what a wonderful gift idea it would be for a Harry Potter devotee, you can even buy it as a one off box if you don’t want to commit to a subscription at first. This month’s ‘The Three Broomsticks’ box had 7 Harry Potter items included in the box, and it’s worth taking time to have a good look inside the box as the imagery is just so darned cute! If you are new to the GeekGear Harry Potter subscription box it’s a monthly box costing £24.99 if you don’t already subscribe to their sister GeekGear box and £19.99 if you do. Expect to receive between 5-10 Harry Potter themed items in every box and when you register don’t forget to add your t-shirt size into your profile as every box will have a t-shirt included.
On to this month’s ‘The Three Broomsticks’ box and first out was the monthly t-shirt, this month an exclusive Hogwarts Disney t-shirt. When you set up your profile upon subscribing you can select which Hogwarts house you want to join and this month’s t-shirt is reflected in your house choice. A lovely design and as I always think adding a good quality cotton t-shirt with a coveted design really adds a lot to this subscription box. Next out and very carefully boxed was the Golden Snitch Pocket Watch, hand crafted and ready to try your hand at time turning! I like the design and the fact that GeekGear have included some wearable merchandise is perfect for a Harry Potter fan.
Two items that go perfectly together in this month’s box are The Three Broomsticks Half Pint Tankard and the Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer. If you have been to the Warner Bros Studio Tour Of the making of Harry Potter you may have tried the Butterbeer on offer, and if you did you’ll know it’s delicious! If not then this month’s bottle of Butterbeer from the Flying Cauldron will give you a taste and get you intrigued to know what it’s made of. This duo are great and something which I wasn’t expecting.
One for the wall next in the form of a Hogwarts House Print flag and whichever house you decided upon following when you registered and set up your profile, you will receive a print from. A perfect way to support your favourite Hogwarts house and brighten up any wall. Next two tickets to display, on a cork-board or framed both would look great for these replica tickets look real enough to use. They are the Knight Bus Ticket and the Hogwarts Train Ticket brilliant for adding to any Harry Potter fans collection.
So there you have it another month from the GeekGear Harry Potter subscription box and don’t forget when you subscribe there are over 300 prizes up for grabs every month, all you need to do is add #ILOVEGEEKGEAR to any photos you share on social media – well worth being part of as the prizes are great and you may spot your winning photo in the next GeekGear booklet. After this month’s box I am so looking forward to seeing what’s in store for September’s box – no spoilers this time but keep an eye out on their social media pages for any hints.
