The Subscription Box for Creative Geeks!

Generation-A is the first architectural subscription box, it’s designed to inspire the creative mind or those who aspire to be more creative!

This is their first ever subscription box, and I must say it was amazing, especially for £19.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as I’d been waiting for them to finish and dispatch their first box for ages.

But it was worth the wait! Honestly, I was expecting something completely different to what I had delivered as I was told it was an architectural subscription box. So I thought it would be more about creating buildings or admiring incredible architectural creations.

The box has a the company logo on and it’s a nice sturdy box. It was packed well as everything was wrapped up in the t-shirt to keep it safe and to prevent it from moving around.

3

I received an assortment of creatively designed products as well as a leaflet describing the products, an interview with the team as well as inspirational text regarding the mask.

The ‘Sleep Tight’ T-Shirt (RRP £19.00) is amazing. It was perfect for Halloween, (or everyday). It’s the first offering from ‘Generate Ideas’, designed by the  Generation-A Team. They say it’ll keep your warm and comfy and it sure does that. It’s made from a good quality material and doesn’t itch or feel uncomfortable like some other subscription box t-shirts. I’ve had a few compliments already and it’s always great to have a t-shirt that no one else owns (apart from the other Generation-A subscribers of course ;) )

My favourite was the Dead Fred Pen Holder from SUCK UK (RRP £7.50). The Generation team say they know how difficult it is to be creative ALL the time, so when you’re hitting that wall – stab Fred in the heart. I love these types of products as they’re fun for all the family!
5

Next up is the Guardians Deck Playing Cards (RRP £9.99). These look like impressive cards, and that’s because they are. They’ve been professionally designed and beautifully crafted so you can admire their beauty whilst having fun with your friends and family.
6The Last Nail In The Coffin Puzzle from Hard As Nails (RRP £4) and the Series 14: Monsters from LEGO Minifigures (RRP £2.99) were great additions to the box. They’re both good for distracting yourself whilst staying creative.

And finally, the Half-Face Mask from Creative Station (RRP £3.50). Generation-A included this mask in the box to offer up a creative challenge. They even give you a little inspiration on how to start in case you feel a little put off. I think the mask is a little small to really make the most of for fancy dress, but it’s a great idea for giving you a blank canvas so you can design something of your own.

7So to conclude, the Generation-A is definitely an awesome subscription box. It provides you with some fun activities as well as a few epic products (Dead Fred of course) and they even design their own t-shirts. So if you’re looking for something to get your creative mind going, try the Generation-A subscription box. You won’t be disappointed.
