Graze – August 2018

Keep your health goals on track this Summer with a Graze subscription box! Not only do they deliver individually portioned out snack punnets, but you can choose whether you want to have a box sent weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and there’s the option of also ordering one-off boxes whenever you fancy them and larger packets of your favourite snacks.

Now I’d say that the majority of the snacks from Graze are healthy, but some are definitely healthier than others if you know what I mean! That said, most are based on whole foods such as nuts, seeds and other delicious natural ingredients, so the variety is really impressive. When you sign up, you can fill out a profile to let Graze know what you like and don’t like, which is great for those who have allergies or who may be slightly fussy with their snacks.

My Graze box for August arrived super early last week and I’ve been enjoying trying everything out! Here’s what I found inside:-

Coffee & Walnut Cake

Imagine all of the flavours of a classic Coffee & Walnut Cake, but deconstructed into a snack mix and this is what you have right here! Featuring yummy Belgian Milk Chocolate coated Coffee Beans, Walnuts and Raisins, this punnet provides a source of fibre and manganese, plus it tastes absolutely amazing!

Pro Bean

Next up, I found a Pro Bean mix which I’ve been sent in the past and really loved. Each punnet contains a mighty 9g of plant-based protein so this is a good choice if you’re after a vegan-friendly, post-workout snack to refuel yourself. In the mix, you’ll find Edamame Beans, Chilli Broad Beans and Redskin Peanuts for a crunchy, slightly savoury flavour.

Lemon & Poppy Slice Afternoon Tea

With Graze, you don’t need to skip the cakes with their deliciously light and fluffy fresh cake squares. This one has a lovely Lemon & Poppy Slice which is wonderfully soft and only 94 calories, and it’s accompanied by a refreshing Afternoon Tea Infusion of specially blended Assam and Kenyan tea leaves.

Belgian Speculoos

Saving the best until last, I LOVED this Belgian Speculoos snack! Featuring mini Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks with a scrumptious Cookie Dip (which basically tastes like Biscoff spread), this was a really indulgent sweet treat and comes in at only 150 calories!
