If you love snacks and want to try out some healthier varieties, or if you’re just bored and want to try something different, Graze is a brilliant subscription box to sign up to. They offer a fully customisable subscription so that you can decide how often you would like to have a box delivered (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or ad hoc / on a one-off basis), and when you join, you can choose which foods you really like and which ones you don’t (the latter of which can be added to a bin so that you’re never sent them). You can also pick whether you want to receive high-protein snacks, healthier/lower calorie snacks, or a variety box that selects a bit of everything. I like the latter as I love trying out new snacks!
Each Graze box is a surprise based on your taste preferences and contains four individually sized punnets of snacks; each one is different. To give you an idea of some of the snacks that Graze do, here’s what was inside my box this month:-
The British Barbecue
Consisting of a mix of Basil infused Baguette pieces, Rosemary mini Crostinis, Smoked Almonds and Seeds, The British Barbecue snack is a variety of herby and smokey flavours and is a really satisfying snack all round. It contains 4g of protein and is under 150 calories.
Veggie Protein Power
If you want a higher protein snack, why not try the popular Veggie Protein Power? This one contains Edamame Beans, Spicy Chickpeas and Black Pepper Cashews for a filling and healthy vegetarian snack. I really liked the heat from the Spicy Chickpeas in this one. 6g of protein and under 150 calories.
Sweet Memphis Barbecue
Although Graze already have a huge variety of snacks online, they are constantly adding new ones and Sweet Memphis Barbecue is one of their latest additions. It has a mix of Barbecue flavoured Peas, Salsa Peanuts and Wild Rice Sticks. This was my favourite this month as I loved the crunchy textures and flavours! 6g of protein and a source of fibre.
Apple & Cinnamon Flapjack
Alongside the usual snack mixes such as those above, Graze also do a range of mini cakes and flapjacks, and these are perfect if you’re looking for a more substantial and sweeter treat. This flapjack is made from rustic Rolled Oats with Apple and Cinnamon – a delicious flavour combination!
