The latest GreenEcoBox Beauty In the Box has arrived, and it is a lovely treat for anyone who adores eco-friendly beauty products! GreenEcoBox have a strong environmental focus on everything that they do, so all of the products in their boxes are carefully sourced from artisans from the UK and Europe, to bring you the very best in natural beauty.
GreenEcoBox will also donate £2.50 from every Beauty In The Box sold to the WWF to help protect wildlife around the world, as well as planting a tree in Haiti in your name via OneTreePlanted to reduce deforestation. You’ll receive a certificate for the latter in your box to thank you for your kindness and support which I feel is a really nice touch. In addition to these donations, one of the leaflets in the box is studded with vegetable seeds so that you can plant it in your own garden, making it an eco-friendly, zero waste paper – how clever is that?!

Sauberkunst Mango Lassi Solid Shampoo
Handmade by the German natural beauty brand Sauberkunst, this Mango Lassi Solid Shampoo contains a blend of nourishing organic Broccoli Seed Oil, Rice Germ Oil, Yellow Clay and Mango Lassi to gently cleanse the hair, leaving it softer and shinier than usual. Being a solid shampoo, this means that the formula is concentrated so a little goes a long way and each bar replaces around 2-3 bottles of conventional shampoo, helping you to save on your plastic waste. These tiny bars are also fantastic for travelling with!
Autour du Bain Mini Smiley Cupcake Bath Melt
How adorable is this Smiley Cupcake shaped Bath Melt?! Packed full of natural moisturising and nourishing ingredients, this bath melt has been handmade with love by Autour du Bain in Toulouse, France. It smells amazing and leaves your skin feeling silky soft after bathing in it. This mini cupcake is enough for 1-2 baths, depending on how indulgent you want your bath to be.
Autour du Bain Shower Gel in Vanilla Bourbon
Ensuring that shower fans are not left out, there’s another product from Autour du Bain included and this time it’s a full-size bottle of their popular Shower Gel in the Vanilla Bourbon scent. Bursting full of White Flowers, with a heart of rich, creamy Vanilla and delicate notes of sweet Caramel, this is a 100% natural shower gel and I absolutely love the fragrance! It’s also a concentrated formula so this 250ml bottle will provide enough for up to 45 showers.
Magpie Hill Soap Honey & Hops Beer Soap
Handmade here in England, this interesting Honey & Hops Beer Soap from Magpie Hill is based on a bespoke recipe using a blend of natural oils, Artisan Twisted Spire Ale by Hobsons Brewery and local Shropshire Honey. It has no added essential oils or fragrances so there’s just the natural honey scent coming through which is lovely and sweet, plus it’s free from SLS and parabens.
At the bottom of the box, I found an extra little packet that GreenEcoBox have included which contained two teabag samples from Higher Living Organic (in Strawberry & Watermelon and Verry Berry), and three mini chocolates from Valrhona – yum!
