Greenecobox is an eco-friendly subscription box that specialises in sending you the finest artisanal food and lifestyle products from the UK and Europe. I always enjoy discovering the products inside because they are sourced ethically from small independent companies, many of which are family run, so it’s a great way to support these types of businesses who take the environment more seriously and have great pride in the products that they produce.
Greenecobox also donates to two different campaigns/charities every month on your behalf with the purchase of each Bee Happy Box. This month’s chosen projects are OneTreePlanted (one tree will be planted for you in India and you’ll receive a certificate of proof in your box), and €4 will be donated to Care Center For Elephants who help to establish loving, safe and secure environments for African and Asian elephants.

Italian Pastry Creations Amaretti Virginia
The first product that I picked out of the box is a beautiful tin of Amaretti Biscuits which are handmade by a family-run business who have been producing them in a small town of Italy (Sassello in Liguria) since 1860 – wow! These moreish sweet biscuits are made with only the finest all-natural ingredients and are delicious served with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
Mamma Flora Handmade Yellow Tomato Sauce
Also from Italy is this lovely glass jar of Handmade Yellow Tomato Sauce from Mamma Flora. This Limited Edition sauce is truly unique and features all-natural ingredients which are grown or fished locally in Southern Italy. With an interesting blend of Tuna, fresh and juicy Yellow Tomatoes and Lemon Zest, this sauce can be used to liven up pasta and salad dishes. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free and contains no nuts.
Plantes du Domaine de Saint Gilles Cinnamon, Basil and Organic Primrose Tea Infusions
I love trying out new and different flavours of tea and this one from the French artisans, Plantes du Domaine de Saint Gilles, is a really interesting infusion. Made from 100% organic and natural ingredients, it features a combination of spicy Cinnamon, herbal Basil and Primrose for a tea that you can enjoy after dinner to aid digestion and sleep.
The Soap Shop Invigorate Bath & Massage Oil
Sourced from the UK, the box features a luxury Bath & Massage Oil from the English company, The Soap Shop. With an invigorating blend of essential oils such as Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit and Orange, layered over a soothing and nourishing base of Sweet Almond and Jojoba Oils, this dual-purpose oil is a real pampering treat for your skin!
Extragoods Strawberry Jar
Finally, the last main product comes from the German company Extragoods who specialise in small canned plants that you can give as gifts to encourage both the old and the young to grow their own fruit and veg at home. This Strawberry Jar contains a dry granule mixture with all the seeds and nutrients that your plant needs to grow. All you need to do is water it and pop it on a sunny and warm windowsill. After use, you can recycle the cans for zero waste.
At the bottom of the box, I found a packet of little extras which contained tea samples from Higher Living Organic and some yummy chocolates!
