Silent Pool Gin (50ml, 43% vol)
Created to capture the essence of England’s beautiful Surrey Hills landscape, Silent Pool Distillers use mostly locally sourced botanicals from their rural surroundings for a truly traditional and classic gin. Collected from the North Downs, botanicals include Elderflower, Chamomile, Pear and Honey, as well as Juniper, to combine with the clear spring-water which is derived from the beautiful Silent Pool lake itself. It’s fresh, crisp and full-bodied with fresh citrus notes and the sweetness of honey.
J.J Whitley Plum Gin (50ml, 38.6%)
Another gin that’s inspired by the British countryside is J.J Whitley, who have 250 years of distilling experience. The brand was relaunched in 2016 and they pride themselves on using British botanicals that you can find growing wild in the countryside. This Plum Gin has a deliciously fruity and jammy flavour that’s rich in juicy Plums with Vanilla and Black Pepper notes on a hearty base of Juniper.
Poacher’s Tonic Waters (200ml each)
