Slingsby Blackberry Gin (40% vol / 50cl)
After the successful launch of Slingsby London Dry Gin in 2015, the distillery team started to experiment with fruity flavours and thus, their Blackberry Gin was born. This is their newest fruit based flavour thanks to so much positive feedback from customers who were lucky enough to sample it instore, and it tastes incredible! If you like blackberry jam with floral hints of violet, this is the gin for you.
Masons Of Yorkshire English Lavender Gin (42% vol / 50cl)
Proud of their northern heritage, Masons of Yorkshire have excelled at their craftmanship of gin making, with many winning prestigious awards worldwide. Their English Lavender gin was launched back in 2015 and is a beautifully balanced gin with subtle notes of juniper with aromatic lavender undertones and hints of lime and sweet citrus.
Fever Tree Tonic Waters
I’m a big fan of Fever Tree Tonic Waters and these two are a sure hit with the two gins provided this month. The Mediterranean Tonic Water uses less quinine than usual and has added rosemary and lemon thyme for a lighter mixer, whilst the Lemon Tonic Water is a fruity and refreshing tonic which suits both fruity and floral gins alike.
