KW Cruxland Gin (50ml / 43% vol)
South Africa’s finest Cruxland Gin from KW features a selection of nine botanicals, with the star of the show being the rare Kalahari Truffle. It’s the first South African gin to win the ‘World’s Best London Dry Gin’ award and with its unique earthy character, it’s easy to see why. Bursting with notes of fresh Juniper, Lemon, Coriander, and selected spices, it has a soft and cooling, slightly sweet finish with delicious flavours of Honeybush, Rooibos, Almonds, and of course, those Kalahari Truffles, coming through. As a lover of wildlife, it wasn’t until the founder Chris embarked on a trip to South Africa that he realised the grave danger that Pangolins were in. He quickly set about producing Pangolin Gin which makes a donation to international Pangolin conservation charities working across Africa and Asia to protect this amazing creature from extinction. Blending rare African botanicals together, the resulting Pangolin Gin is described as the South African ‘sundowner’, an easy to sip spirit that you can enjoy at the end of a long day. Fresh Juniper berries combine with Coriander, Fynbos, Rooibos, Baoba, Honeybush and citrus notes of Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange with a smoky hint of Cardamom to finish it off.
