Slingsby Blackberry Gin (50cl / 40% vol)
It’s always interesting to hear how a gin is created and this special edition Blackberry Gin from Slingsby involved a dedicated team who worked through 18 different variants over 15 months of development to create this lovely flavour. After the final formula was created, customers were invited to sample it through in-store Kilner jars and thus Blackberry Gin was born thanks to the positive feedback received. And it’s easy to see why this has been so popular! With initial floral hints of Violet, followed by rich Blackberry Jam notes, this is one of the tastiest gins I’ve ever tried and it’s perfect for Autumn.
Sweet Potato Indian Spiced Gin (50cl / 45% vol)
Inspired by the spectactular spices and cuisines found along the Krishna River, this gin will take your taste buds on a wild Eastern journey. Made using the best sweet potatoes handpicked from Pershore, Worcestershire, the expert distilling team uses a mixture of modern techniques and traditional copper pot stills to create their unique potato based gin. Botanicals of crisp soft Juniper, exotic Asian spices and a dash of Citrus Zest are sure to delight all gin lovers.
Next up, we have the mixers. Double Dutch Ginger Beer offers a fiery addition to your Autumn drinks menu and proves that gin doesn’t always have to be mixed with a tonic water.
