If you know someone who loves artisan handmade candles as much as I do, the Iggy Box is the perfect gift subscription box to consider this Christmas, and it makes a gorgeous luxury gift for yourself to enjoy if you are treating yourself this festive season!
With some recent changes made to their gifting options just in time for Christmas, you can now purchase gift subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months to suit a range of budgets, and you can also choose when you would like your gift subscription to start. To finish off the gift option nicely, you can also add a personalised message into the first box.
Iggy Box has two main boxes that you can subscribe to. ‘The Little One’ which includes a candle with a minimum 20 hour burn time for £12.95 per month, and ‘The Bigger One’ with a minimum burn time of 35 hours for £17.95 per month. Both boxes include free p&p and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
The boxes are presented beautifully with eco-friendly packaging and there’s also a small packet of matches included, as well as a card that introduces you to that month’s featured candle.

The Big One: Plum & Ashby Advent Candle
Handmade by Plum & Ashby in Hampshire, this lovely artisan candle company has been in existence since early 2013 and is run by founders Vicky and Freya and their small team based in Buckinghamshire. All of Plum & Ashby’s candles are vegan-friendly and they use only the finest unique vegetable wax and ingredients. Each hand-poured candle is housed in a recycled glass container and their collections are inspired by a love of the British countryside.
Their Advent Candle is the perfect candle to light to celebrate the rundown to Christmas and features delicious traditional and seasonal fruity and spicy notes of Orange, Lime, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Clove, Musk, Patchouli and Amber. As you’d expect, this candle has a beautiful scent throw and instantly transforms any living space into a cosy and comforting setting. A real gem to enjoy!
