LifeBox is a monthly collection of natural snacks, drinks and ingredients to support a healthy lifestyle. All items in the Lifebox Classic are vegan, and gluten and dairy free. It costs from £22.95 per month, including postage.
This box is the Energy version, which is designed to support activity and recovery for both men & women. There might be occasional items which are not vegan in this version of the box, but it’s very rare.
Inside you have a menu of all the goodies inside.
There’s also a lovely bonus recipe booklet which gives you several vegan recipe ideas, some of which use items from the box.
First up we have a 30 day supply of Biomed Live Cultures, which is a daily digestive supplement, which as well as probiotics also contain turmeric and ginger for additional digestive support.
There are two drinks this month! First a Remedy Kombucha, which I’ve had before and is utterly delicious and a fantastic alternative to sugary soda.
On the right is a product I’ve not seen before, Bumblezest Ginger CBT Drink. This particular blend is all about ‘Rescue & Remedy’ and while it doesn’t make any medical claims, the all natural ingredients should definitely give you a health boost!
I love salty snacks, and these Cheeky Monkey Peanut Butter Puffs are absolutely delicious! They are exactly what they sound like, and are an incredibly moreish snack.
This Link Vitamin D3 Food Supplement is a great thing to include at this time of year, when there isn’t sunshine to make Vitamin D naturally. This supplement is food-based, which is supposed to be more bioavailable than synthetics.
I’ve tried air popped crisps before, but these Nairns Pop Oats Snack are new to me! But the principle is the same, light and low calorie, with the added bonus of being completely gluten free.
A Pop Crunchy Peanut Bar is definitely on the treat side! While it’s not completely healthy, what with the chocolate, it still has a nice bit of protein and fibre, and it’s delicious! And so much better than a regular bar of chocolate.
Purpose Bars are great to grab and go when you don’t have time for a meal, and this Almond Butter & Oat Brekkie bar is fantastic if you’re in a hurry in the morning. Natural ingredients, and good macros, very handy to have in your bag for emergencies too!
I must confess I’m not a fan of quinoa, but I do this these pouches of Quinola Pearl and Black Express Quinoa are useful. Cook some protein, heat this in the microwave and throw together, and you have a fast and healthy meal.
These Swisseme Pouches are basically a grown up, and super healthy version of those fruit and vegetable pouches for kids. There are many different varieties for different purposes, including for getting you out of bed! I have two Energy Blends and a Post-Workout Blend, which are a great way to get a boost and extra nutrition on the go. Usefully they’re also safe to store at room temperature until opening, so no worries about keeping one in your gym bag or handbag.
Finally, a Teapigs Clean N Green Detox Teabag. This caffeine free tea is great if you’ve overindulged and feeling bloated.
