LookFantastic Box – March 2020: Unconstricted Box

I love receiving the monthly Lookfantastic boxes. However, the March box is a little special for me as I am one of the bloggers featured within the March box booklet! I was so excited to be asked to take part in this little feature and it was quite surreal seeing my little face within the booklet.

The box design for the March box is also a little different and I adore it! The theme is ‘unconstricted’ and the box contains a good range of skincare, body care, haircare, makeup and supplements so there’s something for everyone. The brands range from Rituals and Rodial to Grow Gorgeous, Hair Burst and more.

Hair Burst Chewable Hair Vitamins

Let’s start with the more lifestyle item and it’s a box of chewable hair vitamins from Hair Burst. After receiving hair vitamins in another beauty box, I was excited to try these but sadly they contain bovine gelatine so as I’m vegan it’s not something I’ll be trying. However, I do love the packaging and I’ll pass them onto a friend who will surely love them.

Rodial Bee Venom Cleansing Balm

There are three skincare items in the February box, the first is from Rodial. I’ve tried a few products from the Rodial ‘superfood’ range and loved all of them so I think I’ll love this product too. It claims to have anti-ageing benefits, plumps fine lines and decongests the skin.

Grow Gorgeous Repair Strengthening Hair and Scalp Mask

I love having short hair but I’ve been trying to grow it out recently so I’m excited to try this product. It claims to give visibly thicker and softer hair. It contains oat lipids and caffeine to stimulate roots. I haven’t tried this sample yet but I can’t wait to as I’ve heard great things about this brand.

Rituals Shower Oil

I’ve tried a few products from Rituals but I haven’t been able to try one of their shower oils before. The product contains Indian rose and sweet almond oil to leave the skin feeling soft. It smells lovely and I think it will be perfect for the *still* cold winter days ahead.

Madara Wrinkle Rest

The penultimate item is a full sized eye cream from Madara which is formulated to reveal younger and more radiant skin. I personally never really use eye cream but I’m in my late twenties now so I think it is an aspect of my skincare that I need to consider. It’s a very thick eye cream that leaves my skin feeling very moisturised and nourished.

Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster

Last but not least is a small sample of Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster which is an extra skincare step to be used after cleansing and before serums to help the skin look less damaged and irritated. I haven’t a product like this but I think it will be great to potentially help reduce the appearance of damage/redness or add a boost of radiance.

Our score: 10.0/ 10

Overall, I'm happy with the march box especially as I'm featured in the booklet (which was such a lovely thing to see when I opened the box) and I love the box design/theme. My favourite product is the eye cream and I hope I'll love the hair and scalp mask!
