Lookfantastic not only make some of the most fantastic…beauty subscription boxes in the UK but they also make some of the most wonderful limited edition boxes and collections too. Their latest range of great value kits includes the new discovery bags which are ideal Christmas presents! I’m going to be reviewing the Clinique bag and the First Aid Beauty bag within today’s review; however there are others to choose from.
Clinique Discovery Bag (£20, worth £43)
The discovery bags all come with a selection of products from one brand or a selection of brands to create a complete trial kit that is great value for money. The kits all come with a study, durable zip up container that can easily be re-used for toiletries or as a travel wash bag as none of your products will be crushed within it.
The Clinique bag contains five items, all of which are minis that would be perfect for someone to trial the brand before buying the larger sizes or as a travel set. I have tried all of the products in the bag previously and I cannot recommend them enough. I haven’t ever had a problem with Clinique products irritating my skin.
My favourite items from the Clinique bag have to include the Moisture Surge Hydrator, High Impact Mascara and the Milk Liquid Facial Soap, all of which I’ve used on and off for a while and love. I think it would be a perfect gift for those either wanting to dive into the world of Clinique or those who already love the brand but would like travel size products.
First Aid Beauty Bag (£20, worth £32)
The second and final bag for today’s review is my favourite of the two as it’s a brand I utterly adore, although I have wanted to try more from them for a while so I was very happy when it arrived! As with the Clinique discovery bag, it comes well packaged, nicely presented and it’s great value for money. I love the range of products in both bags as you get a good variety to test out.
There’s a huge Ultra Repair Face Cream in the bag which is what I’ve been using as my everyday moisturiser for a week or two now and I love it! I have also tried the Facial Radiance Pads and Priming Moisturiser too, both of which I adore. I am so happy with both bags but especially the First Aid Beauty option and I cannot recommend them enough.
