I love the LookFantastic monthly boxes and the October box is no different! The theme is ‘cosmic’ which I love and I think the contents of this box might actually be my favourite for a while along with their birthday box. The October box contains mostly fulled sized items from a range of brands including EOS, Polaar, Oh K, TheBalm and more.
EOS Crystal Vanilla Lip Balm (£6.50)
Let’s start with the makeup items and the first is a lip balm from one of my favourite lip balm brands, EOS. I’ve bought a few of their famous lip balms over the years but I think this one might be my favourite. You could have either received the shimmer coral, pearl, iridescent or crystal vanilla balms. I’m glad I received the one I did as I love vanilla anything.
TheBalm Foiled Eyeshadow in Red Handed (£8)
Next up is another brand I love, TheBalm. I’ve tried quite a few of their makeup items and I’ve been happy with everything. One of my favourite things I like about their products is the cute and retro packaging. This mini eyeshadow is just adorable and I love the autumnal copper shade.
Oh K! Holographic Fibre Face Mask (£10)
Moving onto the one skincare item and it’s from the famous (and cute) Korean skincare brand Oh K! I love their masks and their packaging! The holographic mask contains brightening citrus oils and ascorbic acid to leave your skin brighter. I can’t wait to try this mask.
Polaar The Genuine Lapland Hand Cream (£9.90)
Hand creams are essential items for me at this time of the year and this one is perfect. I have tried this hand cream before so I’m happy to have another. It contains arctic berries to nourish and moisturise the skin. It’s a lovely hand cream that doesn’t leave my skin greasy or sticky.
Look Good Feel Better Angled Blending Brush (£6.69)
The range of items within this box is amazing and I’m so happy with every single product this month! There are two ‘tools’ within the box, the first of which is a super soft blending brush from Look Good Feel Better. The brand makes a charitable donation for each brush sold which is amazing and I cannot recommend their brushes enough.
The Wet Brush Mini Detangler (£7.99)
My favourite item from the box has to be this cute mini brush from Wet Brush. I use their full sized detangling brush every day so a mini version is perfect for my handbag or travelling. I received this box a couple of days before I travelled to Glasgow so the timing was perfect. I love the design of the brush and it is ideal for those with tangled, thick hair as I do. I bought a couple of brushes from this brand over the years and I probably won’t buy hair brushes from any other brand now!
