If you are searching for some new clothes to update your wardrobe, or simply want to find some new outfits for the holiday season, look no further.
Lookiero is a clothing subscription box that picks dresses, shirts, T-shirts, outer garments, bags, and scarves and sends them to subscribers. It’s for people who can’t or don’t want to spend their time in scavenging malls and the internet for affordable, quality clothing.
With a subscription to Lookiero, you’ll fill out an online quiz which helps the personal stylist to find clothes that will suit your style and also recommend items that you may not have thought about trying. You can even click ‘yes/no’ on outfit ideas so that your personal stylist can learn more about your preferences and choose clothes that you’ll love!
Each subscription box contains five handpicked items and if you happen to receive something in your box that you don’t like, you can simply return it so you only pay for what you want to keep.
I was very excited to open up the Lookiero box after filling out the online quiz and going through some of the outfit choices. Inside the box, I found an envelope from my personal stylist Nicoletta. She explains what she has chosen for me and why, plus offers style tips to wear the clothes included. In addition, there’s a visual style guide to help further with outfit ideas which I found very useful.
HF Suede Biker Jacket
The first item that I picked out of the box was this beautiful suede biker jacket in a military green colour. I’m a huge fan of biker jackets so this was an instant win for me! I would have never picked this out for myself though because of the colour (I tend to veer towards black) but once I tried it on, I was most impressed with the fit and how well it paired with other clothes in my wardrobe. I love it!
Porronet Suede Boots
Next up, I was curious to find a large bag at the bottom of the box which contained these gorgeous suede winter boots. Again, I tend to always pick boots that are black so it made a nice change to try something in a different colour. I love the quality of these and the chunky heel makes them very comfortable to walk in. Another win!
ICHI Shined Knit Trousers
Moving onto the next item, I picked up this pair of black knit trousers which have a silver sparkle thread running through them – very festive! They are loose fitting which I prefer and pair well with lots of different tops and jumpers so they’re wonderfully versatile in my wardrobe.
Vero Moda Animal Print Blouse
I said that I liked animal print in my style quiz so I was very pleased to discover this blouse from Vera Moda. It has a nice flattering loose shape which looks modern and the material is silky feeling so it’s great for parties and events.
Taifun Ribbed Sparkly Sweater
The last item was a sparkly sweater in a rather thick and chunky knit. Again, this is great for the festive season ahead and feels very warm and cosy on too, whilst looking dressed up at the same time thanks to the metallic sparkle thread. The fit is exactly how I wear my jumpers (a little on the loose side) and it’s already received many compliments from friends and family!
