Nailbox review

Oh my God, I was so excited when I received my Nailbox! Not only did I get 4 nail polishes but I also got this amazingly cool thing: cuticle pusher and nail cleaner! 2 in 1! That comes at the right time as I lost my previous one and this new one is way cooler!

You can see the packaging below, a rather small box, although unfortunately it doesn’t fit through the letter box, so if you’re not home, then you’ll have to get it at the post office.

When you open the box, you can find 4 nail polishes nicely protected with ‘popcorns’ or whatever they’re called, I used them between my toe nails!

I tried all the nail varnishes at the same time as I wanted to see which one I preferred. So here goes:

Essie, pink nail polish –> I literally love this one, it’s nice and pink and really gives a lovely shining effect once you’ve applied it! I ended up wearing this one today :)

Orly, color blast, orange and gold sparkles –> this one is perfect for a night out! Also, it may be limited edition as I couldn’t find it on internet afterwards! It looks great on the nails, but just bear in mind that when you want to remove it, it tends to be quite hard, but that’s usual for those types of nail polish.

Nicole by OPI, green –> I’m not too keen on having green nail polish, but I gave it a go, and I think I would use it more on my feet. It seems to be quite strong and seems to last (similarly to Essie) so that’s cool! I hate when it starts chipping off…

Rimmel, purple –> So I’ve ranked this one as my least favourite as it doesn’t dry in 60 seconds. I tried it but then I could see my fingerprints on my nails! Also, it says ‘one coat nail polish’, well, I’m not convinced, I think you need 2 or else you can see that it only has one layer and you can see the light through your nail!

So overall, I’m really pleased to have this Nailbox! It’s definitely good value for money as I looked up the products afterwards and saw that the total RRP price for the products is around £27.

Final thoughts, I love the cuticle pusher/nail cleaner! Makes me definitely wonder what will be in the next box though!
