I recently discovered a new subscription box called the Natural Wellness Box which instantly appealed to me as I’m always on the lookout for more natural and healthier products to try. This luxury box is released bi-monthly and is packed full of the best natural beauty and wellness products. Everything inside is guaranteed to be cruelty-free and suitable for vegans too which is fantastic!
The theme of the Natural Wellness Box changes every time, but you can expect a selection of natural beauty and skincare, healthy drinks and snacks, supplements and superfoods, so the idea is that you’re receiving a ‘complete box of wellness’ which is delivered straight to your door.
The latest Natural Wellness Box is themed around Fresh Routines and it features some amazing products:-
Simplee Aloe Aloe Vera Water (500ml, RRP £1.50)
Aloe Vera has been highly revered for centuries and was commonly known as the ‘Plant of Immortality’ by the ancient Egyptians who regularly used and took advantage of its superfood abilities. Containing over 200 vitamins, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory enzymes, Aloe Vera helps to support the digestive system and is a great ingredient to consume for your everyday wellbeing. Made by Simplee Aloe, this Aloe Vera Water with pulp contains natural bioactive Aloe which is naturally low in sugar (only 45 calories per bottle), for a refreshing drink that you can enjoy at any time of the day.
Sister & Co Coconut Oil (250ml, RRP £15)
Next, I found a large jar of Coconut Oil from Sister & Co. This is the brand’s bestselling product as it’s been specially selected to be the ultimate grade of coconut oil for your beauty and skincare routine. 100% natural, cold-pressed raw and organic, Coconut Oil contains high levels of Vitamin E and skin-loving fatty acids. You can use it in so many different ways too; as a conditioning hair mask treatment, as a nourishing body oil, as an after-sun treatment, to shave your legs with, the list goes on! I’m a huge fan of coconut oil and always have a jar on the go, and the texture of this one is just beautiful. A wonderful find.
Cocoa Loco Organic Dark Chocolate Buttons (100g, RRP £2.25)
If you’re looking for a healthier, more nutrient-rich alternative to mainstream confectionary, you can’t beat some good quality organic dark chocolate! This bag of chocolate buttons from Cocoa Loco has been made using the finest single origin Cocoa Beans in the Dominican Republic from a trusted fairtrade certified supplier. They are absolutely delicious and really hit the spot when you have a chocolate craving!
Organii Everyday Organics Lavender Liquid Soap (300ml, RRP £4.95)
I was very happy to see a huge bottle of Liquid Soap in the box as I’d just run out of my hand soap in the kitchen, so this one from Organii has quickly become a new favourite in our household! Made using traditional soap making methods, this formula uses non-drying natural and organic ingredients which can be used by the whole family. You can use it as a hand soap or as a shower/body wash, and I love the delicate Lavender scent.
Alchemy Superblends Morning Elixir (40g, RRP £6)
Give your breakfast smoothie a real boost with this Morning Elixir Organic Powder from Alchemy Superfoods. Created from a complete blend of 10 super nutrients, it features Hemp & Pea Protein, Baobab, Wheatgrass, Psyllium Husk, Chlorella, Spirulina, Goji Berries, Camu Camu and Acai, and each serving provides 100% of your daily Vitamin C, as well as 20% Iron and 15% Folic Acid. Vegan-friendly, it also contains 35% plant-based protein and 30% fibre – pretty impressive stuff!
Evolve Organic Beauty Gentle Cleansing Melt (120ml, RRP £20)
Evolve are one of my favourite natural and organic beauty brands, so I was thrilled to see two of their products inside this month’s box! First up, there’s a full-size jar of their Gentle Cleansing Melt which I’ve tried a small sample of in the past and loved. Suitable for normal to dry skin types, it’s a seriously luxurious balm with a lovely rich texture that contains nourishing Baobab Oil to soothe and hydrate the skin. This is such a beautiful cleansing balm.
Evolve Organic Beauty Cotton Fresh Deodorant Cream (30ml, RRP £10)
The second Evolve product is another full-size treat, this time their Cotton Fresh Deodorant Cream which I’ve been wanting to try out for a while now. 99% natural and suitable for vegans, this deodorant is made with nourishing Organic Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Kaolin, Bicarbonate of Soda and natural essential oils to keep you smelling fresh for longer. Very excited to give this a whirl when my current deodorant runs out!
Thee Van Oordt Organic Teas (samples)
Lastly, I found two samples from Thee Van Oordt who specialise in high-quality organic teas. The Body Guard Vitalise features a blend of Green Tea with Cinnamon, Elderflower, Liquorice and Cardamon, and the Clean Care De-Acidification Tea has an unusual mix of Coriander with Fennel, Cinnamon, Ginger, Marjoram and Elderflower. I love trying out new teas and these two were delicious.
