This month nomakenolife, the box of beauty and cosmetics from Japan and Korea, is moving away from the dramatic looks of Halloween and celebrating the natural glowing look.
Inside the box is a menu booklet that tells you about each item, and also a little about the current trends in the Japanese and Korean beauty world.
The VITA Care Cream is an intensely moisturising face cream that contains 10 different vitamins. It’s light and is easily absorbed into the skin without and stickiness or greasiness, and works very well as both a day and night cream/
Skincar can definitely be cute as well as effective with these My Melody X Kuromi Makeup Wipes! There is.a package of 30 individual wipes, which are especially good for travelling, and the are alcohol free, gentle on your skin as well as being effective at removing the grime of the day.
The Hakusa Sheet Mask contains koi amazake, which is made from fermented rice , and has moisturising and firming properties. The Strawberry Point Pack contains 10 small sheets perfect for targeting particular areas of the face. They contain hyaluronic acid, which promotes moisture retention in the skin and firms and smooths skin.
This Glossy Cheek & Highlighter Flower Palette is a lovely dual-purpose highlighter and blush. It provides a subtle shimmer and sheen highlight effect to your skin, and the palette itself is extremely pretty, with its 3D design of sakura blossom.
There’s another highlighting product, the A’pieu Glossy Highlighter. It’s designed to mimic the pearly shimmer of mermaid scales, and comes in one of four colours – I have the Mermaid, which has wonderful multicoloured iridescence. `It’s a cream rather than powder, and can be used to give a subtle shine or to highlight specific areas.
Two more Sanrio items, a Sanrio Mini Pouch featuring once of six characters. I’ve got Kuromi, and the little zip pouch is the perfect size for lip balms, keys, or even as a change purse.
The My Melody Lip Tint is a lovely product for when you want a vibrant colour without the thickness of lipstick.It also has a lovely shine, and the packaging is super cute!
