Pink Parcel is a brilliant subscription box that sends you all of your femcare/sanitary protection products for the month, along with some beauty, pampering and foodie treats. It’s the easiest way to ensure that you don’t run out of your essentials, and you get to spoil yourself with some new products at the same time!
Everything is carefully packaged together in a long thick box, and all your femcare comes in easy to access boxes that are labelled, For Night’, ‘For Now’, plus there’s a handy cotton drawstring bag that you can pop straight into your handbag/school bag. When you sign up to Pink Parcel, you can choose which type of sanitary protection that you would like and which brands (e.g Always, Tampax, pads, tampons etc), and you can select which date you want your box to be delivered on so that you’re never caught short. For my boxes, I’ve chosen Always pads and receive a selection of Pads with Wings, Liners and Night Pads – with more than enough to cover my period that month.
This month’s Pink Parcel is themed around the arrival of Spring, so let’s a look at the beauty & foodie treats!
Greenfrog Botanic Bodywash in Relaxing Geranium & Peppermint (50ml travel size, full size is £8.95 for 300ml)
I love Greenfrog Botanic and was very happy to see one of their gorgeous Body Washes. This one is scented with natural Geranium and Peppermint essential oils, plus it contains Organic Aloe Vera to moisturise and cleanse the skin. I like these because they’re all-natural, 94% certified organic and SLS free. A great size to take on your summer holidays.
Catherine Malandrino Style de Paris Purse Spray Eau de Parfum (RRP £16)
I haven’t heard of this brand before, but this fragrance is described as a combination of ‘Ruby-red Grapefruit, Nashi Pear, Orange Blossom and Gardenia’, and it has a very fresh and floral overall scent to it. I’m not much of a fan of the gaudy looking packaging, but I really like the perfume which is perfect for Spring.
Beauty Pro Eye Therapy Under Eye Mask (1 pair, full size is £4.95 for a pack of 3)
Next up, I found an eye mask from Beauty Pro. I love using these for special occasions and before nights out because they really do make a difference! This one is infused with Marine Collagen, Green Tea, Aloe Vera and Vitamins A and E, to instantly relieve dark circles and tired, puffy eyes.
Jelly Pong Pong Lip Scrub (RRP £15)
This full-size Lip Scrub from Jelly Pong Pong contains a blend of Coffee, Sugar, Coconut, Jojoba and Rosehip Oil, to gently but effectively polish away dry, dead cells on your lips, leaving them smoother and softer. It tastes good enough to eat and does a brilliant job!
The Beauty Crop Wing Woman Liquid Eyeliner (RRP £13)
For make-up this month, I was pleased to see a liquid eyeliner pen as I often use liquid liner on a day-to-day basis and always want to try out new ones. This full-size one from The Beauty Crop has a fine nib to easily draw on lines and flicks, exactly where you want them. There’s even Argan Oil, Liquorice and Blackberry extract in the formula to nourish the delicate eye area too.
T Plus Multea Lemon & Peach Green Tea (1 teabag, full size is £3.95 for a box of 15)
Moving onto the foodie treats, there’s a sample teabag from T Plus, labelled ‘The Smarter Tea’, as it contains a blend of vitamins with Green Tea and natural flavourings. I’ve had this before and it’s really tasty.
Cocoba Orange Milk Chocolate (2 squares)
Finally, it wouldn’t be a Pink Parcel box without some kind of chocolate and these two mini squares of Orange Milk Chocolate from Cocoba were absolutely delicious!
