Proving that you can combine practical items with more fun beauty treats, Pink Parcel manages to perfectly marry the two together in their monthly period subscription boxes. Inside the box, you can expect to find all of your femcare essentials for the month, alongside pampering, beauty and lifestyle products to help you have a happier period. I think it’s such a great idea and something that will definitely appeal to a large number of the female population!
What I also like about Pink Parcel are the customisation options that they offer, as you can choose when you would like the box to be delivered (just enter the date that your next period will be due when you sign up) and which femcare products you want e.g brand and type.
My January Pink Parcel arrived recently and here’s what was inside:-
For the femcare options, I have chosen Always as the brand, and Pads as part of my subscription. Pink Parcel have included a range of Pantyliners, Pads with Wings and Nighttime Pads, which are sectioned off in handy boxes so you know what’s what. They also include a useful drawstring bag with some pads in as well, that you can pop straight into your handbag!
Bandzee Hair Ties (RRP £5.95)
Moving onto the other items in the box, I found another small drawstring bag that contained a pack of four hair ties from Bandzee. These are fantastic quality as they are virtually unsnappable and the design makes sure that they don’t leave any kinks in your hair. I’m always losing my hairbands so very happy to have some more in my bag now and I love these colours.
Laritzy Eye Pencil in Shimmer (RRP £18)
I haven’t heard of this makeup brand before, but Laritzy are a cruelty-free cosmetics company based in Montreal, Canada. This eyeliner pencil comes in a shimmery white shade which looks great on the waterline or inner corner to highlight and make your eyes look bigger and more awake.

It’s handmade with 100% essential oils and organic ingredients, and has an uplifting scent of Lime, Basil and Clementine. You can use it sprayed lightly onto pillows or linens, or spritz into the air whenever and wherever you need a little boost!

Traditionally slow-dried to retain its full flavour, this whole-leaf Peppermint Leaf Infusion Tea has a wonderfully clean and refreshing taste. Perfect to have after dinner to aid digestion and cleanse the palate.
Montezuma’s Organic Milk Chocolate Chilli & Lime (RRP £0.99)
I must admit that I wasn’t sure about the flavour of this chocolate when I first saw it (Chilli and Lime?!), but by some miracle, this flavour combination bizarrely works! Definitely something to try if you’re looking for a different kind of chocolate bar to satisfy your cravings with.

Made by the same people that brought you Lipcote, Browcote is a waterproof brow gel to keep unruly brows in check for hours. It won a Beauty Shortlist Award last year and works a treat for keeping everything tidy and in place throughout the day!
