Secret Scent Box – April 2018

Secret Scent Box is a UK fragrance sample subscription box in which you will receive three samples of fragrances for £13 per month. Each box is beautifully packaged and comes with information cards for each fragrance. The size of the samples in total are supposed to last for one month (3 x 3ml).

Last months Secret Scent Box was fantastic which I’ve already reviewed and I used last months samples on a weekend trip to London. The samples are ideal sizes to take on a weekend away or holiday as they are small and easy to travel with but they last for a while too.

The April Secret Scent Box contains three fragrances from Armani, Joop and Calvin Klein. I haven’t tried any of these specific fragrances previously so it’s nice to try new perfume scents! I also love the packaging for each of the fragrance samples and that they’re spray samples – it makes them so much easier to use.

Armani Si Passione contains the following notes: pink pepper, blackcurrant liquor, pear, red rose, jasmine, heliotrope, vanilla and cedarwood. The fragrance is slightly similar to a few other fragrances that I have in my collection but it is still gorgeous! It’s floral, sweet and musky which makes for an ideal spring evening fragrance. I have a few fragrance from the Armani Si collection which all last for a while on the skin and this one is no different.

Calvin Klein Beauty contains the following notes: citrus cocktail, orange blossom, jasmine, neo-lily, cedar wood and ambrette seeds. Orange blossom is one of my favourite fragrances notes but there are a couple within this fragrance that I haven’t heard of before. This fragrance is very different to Armani Si Passione as it’s very powdery, it’s stronger and it is definitely more of an evening fragrance. Calvin Klein Beauty is quite unique and I would recommend giving it a sniff instore or by purchasing a Secret Scent Box subscription.

Joop Femme contains the following notes: coriander, fruity notes, bergamot, lemon, orange blossom, jasmine, rose, sandalwood, tonic bean and amber. Each of the fragrances within this months box are all very different from one another! This fragrance is very musky, almost spicy and quite masculine. It reminds me a little of an aftershave of my dads but I do like it. Joop Femme is a very unique fragrance!
