I love receiving the monthly Secret Scent Boxes, they are always filled with fragrances that I haven’t tried before and the February box is no different! The boxes contain 3 x 3ml fragrance samples from a range of brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Calvin Klein and Moschino. I use these samples as travel fragrances and as on-the-go fragrances in my handbag.
Jean Paul Gaultier Classique La Belle
I love the original version of this fragrance but this new variation contains notes of green pear, bergamot and vanilla pod. Vanilla is definitely the most prominent fragrance note which makes the perfume very warm and familiar.
Calvin Klein Secret Obsession
Calvin Klein is a brand that’s been included in Secret Scent Boxes often but I usually like all of the Calvin Klein fragrances I’ve tried. This one contains notes of plum, rose, nutmeg, mace, Jasmin, tuberose, orange blossom, sandalwood, amber, vanilla and cedar. It is a very rich and musky fragrance that’s great for evening wear.
Moschino I Love Love
I haven’t tried a fragrance from this brand before! It contains notes of orange, lemon, grapefruit, red currant, Lilly of the valley, tea rose, cinnamon, tanaka wood, musk and cedar wood. It is a very fresh, clean and uplifting fragrance that would be ideal for spring.
